CHILLICOTHE — The Frontier Athletic Conference released its all-league volleyball and girls tennis teams Tuesday afternoon as two Chillicothe Cavaliers led the lists.
On the volleyball court, senior Sophie Fulkerson was named the conference’s Player of the Year while Abbey Sims-Clark earned that title in girls tennis.
Fulkerson helped the Cavaliers clinch a share of the FAC title with 338 kills, 56 aces and 332 digs. Sims-Clark was the leader of Chillicothe’s FAC-winning girls tennis team, playing first singles.
Joining Fulkerson with all-league volleyball honors is teammates Payton McBee and Stephanie Hirsch, Miami Trace’s Olivia Fliehman and Laura Robinson, Washington’s Rayana Burns and Halli Wall, Jackson’s Abbey Munn and Holly Sexton, and McClain’s Jaelyn Pitzer.
Sims-Clark is joined by teammate Natalie Drotleff, Miami Trace’s Anita Pursell and Cameron Bucher, Jackson’s Mackenzie Humphreys and Lilliam Houser, and Washington’s Sydnie Hall, Payton Maddux and Brooklyn Foose.
