PORTSMOUTH — The Southern Ohio Conference has released its all-league softball honors in all three divisions.

In the SOC I, the Player of the Year is New Boston’s Jadelyn Lawson whil co-Pitchers of the Year are Notre Dame’s Gwen Sparks and Clay’s Sarah Cassidy.

The SOC I Coach of the Year is East’s Scott Perdas.

Earning first-team honors are Notre Dame’s Maddie Entler, Lyndsey Schaefer and Kyndall Ford, Clay’s Shea Rawlins, East’s Karleigh Lennex and Adriana Hufferd, and Green’s Ryleigh McDavid.

Second team-honors in the SOC I went to Notre Dame’s Bella Rush and Ava Rush, Clay’s Madison Carver and Lynsey Loop, East’s Ella Shope, and Green’s Cassie Williams and Addison Christian.

Symmes Valley’s Desiree Simpson is the SOC II Player of the Year while Northwest’s Lauren Redoutey is the Pitcher of the Year. Eastern’s Josh Nickell has been named as the Coach of the Year.

Wheelersburg’s Catie Boggs is the SOC III’s co-Player of the Year.

First-team honors in the SOC II go to Symmes Valley’s Brenna Tibbs and Marley Ferguson, Northwest’s Brooklyn Hawes and Abby Throckmorton, Eastern’s Megan Nickell and Hannah Felts, South Gallia’s Sydni Hornsby, Oak Hill’s Carly Jones and Western’s Megan Whitley.

Symmes Valley’s Savannah Mart and Emma Ridenour, Northwest’s Mollyann Runyon and Alayna Bazler, Eastern’s Madison Shuler, South Gallia’s Kennedy Shamblin, Oak Hill’s Brynlee Stickley and Western’s Addy Brewster.

Meanwhile, in the SOC III, South Webster’s Skylar Zimmerman and Wheelersburg’s Catie Boggs are the co-Players of the Year while Wheelersburg’s Kaylynn Carter is the Pitcher of the Year. The Pirates’ Teresa Ruby is the Coach of the Year.

Wheelersburg’s Andi Jo Howard, South Webster’s Lauren Kaltenbach, West’s Kate Rollins and Kaylor Pickelsimer, Minford’s Harli Lenegar, Waverly’s Lexi Smith and Valley’s Emilie Johnson are all first-team honorees.

The second-team list is made up of Wheelersburg’s Sydney Skiver and Haley Myers, South Webster’s Bella Claxon and Ava Messer, West’s Emily Moore, Minford’s Miranda Johnson, Waverly’s Montanna Leeth and Valley’s Ryleigh Weeks.
