COLUMBUS — Adena senior Sydney Foglesong was a force to be reckoned with all year long.

The Warriors’ middle hitter gave opponents fits at the net and helped her teammates capture league, sectional and district championships en route to an Elite 8 finish.

South Webster’s Bella Claxon joins Walker as a second-team All-Ohioan following a district championship run from her Jeeps. Claxon finished the season with 193 kills, 94 aces, 23 blocks, 273 digs and 799 assists.

Adena’s Hannah Burns and North Adams’ Keetyn Hupp are honorable mention selections in Division III. Burns finished her year with 268 kills while Hupp, who logger her 1,000th career kill earlier this fall, ended the year with a team-high 449 kills.

Elsewhere, in Division II, Bloom-Carroll’s McKenna Wiseman is an honorable mention All-Ohioan. Wiseman helped the Bulldogs capture an MSL-Buckeye title and had 79 aces alongside 411 digs.
